Choose the correct market
A Korean nail product needs the correct safety, documentation, notification and label arrangements for the market in which it is supplied. European Union and Great Britain requirements must be checked separately.
A product appearing in a webshop, collection or social post does not by itself prove that the exact SKU, formula, shade, label and notification are ready for your market. Compliance is product- and version-specific.

Market routes
Use this route for EU Member States. It covers an EU Responsible Person, CPSR, PIF, CPNP notification, EU label information, ingredient restrictions and claims.
Use this route for England, Scotland and Wales. It covers a UK-established Responsible Person, safety report and PIF, SCPN notification and GB label information.
Northern Ireland follows a separate regulatory route. Current UK guidance states that cosmetics placed on the Northern Ireland market align with relevant EU rules under the Windsor Framework, including a Responsible Person established in Northern Ireland or the EEA and notification through CPNP.
Practical check
Start with the visible label and seller information, then understand which evidence should exist behind the product.
EU, Great Britain and Northern Ireland are not interchangeable routes.
Formula, shade, packaging and label version should match the product being supplied.
Look for the correct Responsible Person name and address for the market.
