Northern Ireland is not Great Britain
Northern Ireland follows a separate regulatory route. Current UK guidance states that cosmetics placed on the Northern Ireland market align with relevant EU rules under the Windsor Framework, including a Responsible Person established in Northern Ireland or the EEA and notification through CPNP.
